

The Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) provides a comprehensive and technical energy audit on low/moderate income dwellings. As a result of this audit cost effective, energy efficient conservation measures are installed while ensuring the health and safety of people served. The program is delivered Statewide by seven Community Action Programs (CAP) and persons that qualify should contact the CAP that services their town.
