Low Income Programs

Mr. Guglielmetti is responsible for the development, planning and implementation of the low-income energy efficiency and assistance programs administered by the RI Office of Energy Resources (RIOER).

Rhode Island Office of Energy Resources’s low-income efficiency and assistance programs provide direct energy conservation services and grant payments to Rhode Island families most vulnerable to the high cost of home energy bills. Our programs are available to low-income elderly, disabled and working families.
